01. I forgot my password
This support article will walk you through resetting your NDAX password
- Click LOGIN
- Click TROUBLE SIGNING IN
- Click RESETTING MY PASSWORD
- Enter your email and click RESET YOUR PASSWORD
- You will receive an email, open the email and click RESET PASSWORD
- You will be redirected to NDAX and asked to type in a new password and confirm the password
- Check I’M AM NOT A ROBOT and click CONFIRM YOUR PASSWORD
