01. I forgot my password
This support article will walk you through resetting your NDAX password
- Click LOGIN
- Click TROUBLE SIGNING IN
- Click RESETTING MY PASSWORD
- Enter your email and click
- RESET YOUR PASSWORD
- You will receive an email
- Open the email
- Click REST PASSWORD
- You will be redirected to NDAX
- Type your new password and confirm the password
- Check I’M AM NOT A ROBOT
- Click CONFIRM YOUR PASSWORD
Your password has now been reset, if you have any issues with this process, please contact email@example.com.
