05. Why is my account locked?If you have attempted to enter a password or username four times and failed, your account will be locked for 15 minutes. After that, you may try again. 09. Why is my account disabled?Your account may be disabled if: We suspected your account was hacked and disabled it for you. You attempted to verify your account with an identification document that has already been used. Your account was involved in unusual trading activity. You violated NDAX policies and procedures.
