03. How do I change the information on my account?
This support article will walk you through changing the information on your NDAX account
To change your email address, we will need some additional information. Please send the following documentation to [email protected] from the email address associated with your NDAX account.
- A selfie of you holding a handwritten note with today's date and your request.
- The front and back copy of a non-expired PHOTO ID
Unfortunately, you are unable to change your username. For steps on how to retrieve your username, click I forgot my username.
Billing address, occupation and phone number
To change your billing address, occupation or phone number, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your NDAX account
- Click settings on the left-hand side toolbar
- Select the information you would like to change and click change
- Enter your updated information
