03. How do I deposit via Interac e-Transfer?

This support article will walk you through depositing via Interac e-Transfer

Before funding your NDAX account, please note that:

  • You must include your unique message code in the comment/message/note section of your e-transfer at your bank.
  • Deposits sent from a bank account that does not match the name on your NDAX account will require manual approval and, in some cases, will be rejected.
  • To deposit funds from a business account, you must set up a business account with NDAX.
  • If you send an e-Transfer from a joint bank account, please note that funds may be delayed until proof of the joint bank account is provided.

Desktop

  • Login http://ndax.io
  • Click Deposit at the top of the screen
  • Choose Interac e-transfer
  • Copy the information provided and in another window open up your online banking platform and send an interac e-transfer to payments@ndax.io
  • Click Ok

Mobile web version

  • Login http://ndax.io
  • Click the NDAX SYMBOL in the top left hand corner
  • Click Wallets from the pulldown menu
  • Click the Dollars tab
  • Click Canadian Dollars
  • Choose Interac e-transfer
  • Copy the information provided and in another window open up your online banking platform and send an interac e-transfer to payments@ndax.io
  • Go back to the NDAX window and click Ok


Mobile App

  • Log in to the NDAX app
  • On the bottom navigation bar, click on the wallet icon
  • Select Fiat
  • Select CAD
  • Click Deposit and enter the amount you would like to deposit
  • Select Interac e-Transfer
  • Copy the information provided and in another window, open up your online banking platform and send an interac e-transfer
  • Click Deposit

Typically it takes 0-30 for an interac etransfer to land from your bank into your NDAX CAD wallet
