07. Why am I not receiving emails from NDAX?
If you have not received an email from NDAX that you were expecting, it may be because:
- You have unsubscribed from our emails or marked a previous NDAX email as SPAM
- It went directly to your SPAM folder or SOCIAL folder, please take a look and change to 'not SPAM'
- Your email provider sent it to a low priority queue, and it didn't arrive in your inbox
