This support article will walk you through withdraw Canadian Dollars from NDAX to my bank account using EFT and Wire transfer withdrawal methods

The withdrawal fees for EFT (Direct bank deposit) and Wire Transfers is $25 FLAT.

How do I withdraw via EFT (Direct bank deposit)?

Desktop

Login http://ndax.io
Once you log in you will be redirected to your dashboard
Click WITHDRAW at the top of the screen
Ensure CAD is selected and click the WITHDRAW button
Choose the method of withdrawal: EFT (Direct bank deposit)
Select BANK ACCOUNT or if this is your first time select ADD ACCOUNT .
To add an account enter, a description (ex. RBC chequing account), name on the account, bank name, institution number, transit number and bank account number and click save.
Type in the amount you’d like to withdraw or click MAX
Click WITHDRAW

Click the Dollars tab
Click Canadian Dollars

Type in the amount you’d like to withdraw or click MAX
Click WITHDRAW

Note: Ensure you type in valid information or your funds could be sent to a bank account not belonging to your own. NDAX is not responsible for any funds sent to an account that a user accidentally listed in the Add Account section. Valid information can be found on a void cheque or direct deposit form from your financial institution.
