The following steps will help you withdraw cryptocurrency
- Login http://ndax.io
- Once you log in you will be redirected to your dashboard
- Click WITHDRAW at the top of the screen
- Click the CRYPTOCURRENCY TAB
- Choose the Cryptocurrency you’d like to withdraw
- Click the WITHDRAW BUTTON
- ENTER THE DESTINATION ADDRESS you’d like to send the cryptocurrency to. Note: Entering the wrong address can result in your cryptocurrency being irreversibly sent to the wrong address. NDAX cannot reverse a submitted withdrawal. Please ensure you’ve entered the correct address.
- ENTER the DESTINATION TAG or MEMO ID if applicable. Note: When sending XRP, EOS and/or XLM, failure to include a destination tag/memo could result in your cryptocurrency being sent to a pooled wallet and could lead to loss of funds. This is especially true when sending your funds to another exchange. If you’ve sent your XRP and/or XLM to another exchange without the correct destination tag/memo you’ll need to contact the destination exchange’s customer service.
