Q) When does the new CAD withdrawal take effect?

Starting today - Tuesday, February 1, 2022 - all CAD withdrawals made from your NDAX account qualify for the $4.99 flat-fee. 

Q) Is there a withdrawal limit in order to qualify for the lower fee? 

There is no minimum or maximum amount. It doesn't matter if your withdrawal is $5,000 or $100,000 - this low fee will always be the same. No percentages. No hidden fees.

Q) Which CAD withdrawal methods qualify for this lower fee? 

Both of our existing CAD withdrawal methods, including Bank Direct and Wire Transfer qualify for the $4.99 fee. NOTE: Wire Transfers and Bank Drafts are subject to bank business hours.

Q) Does this change affect other NDAX fees?

No, all other NDAX fees remain the same. This includes free CAD deposits, 0.2 trading fees, as well as existing crypto withdrawal fees, which vary by asset.
